Indian Army Recruitment Rally at Kerala 2020

Army Recruitment Rally will be held for eligible Male candidates belonging to Seven districts of Kerala Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam and Idukki for Soldier General Duty, Soldier Technical, Soldier Technical (Aviation/ Ammunition Examiner), Soldier Tradesmen 10th Pass, Soldier Tradesmen 8THPass, Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical/ Inventory Managments & Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant/ Nursing Assistance Veterinary during the period from01 December 2020 to 31 Mar 2021 at Colachal Stadium, Pangode Military Station, Trivandrum (exact dates of the Rally will be confirmed later as per COVID-19 pandemic situation). Online registration is mandatory and will be open from 21 October 2020 to 04 December 2020. Admit Cards for the Army Rally will be sent to candidates on their registered e-mails, 15 days prior to the commencement of rally. Candidates should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card. Any candidate who fails to submit his application will not be allowed to participate in the Army Recruitment Rally

Special Instructions

• Candidates (Sol GD and Sol Tradesmen) having D+ in class 10thmust submit their detailed mark sheet at the time of participation in the rally. Less than 33% marks will be considered as fail.
• Candidates for Sol Tdn category to resister in only one of the trades as mentioned above and will be considered for recruitment in that particular trade only.

Physical Measurement (At Rally Site)

Physical measurements will be carried out as per the Physical standards listed at Notification (Download in below link)

Candidates are required to bring following documents/ certificates in original with two sets photocopies duly attested with them to the Army Rally Site

• Admit Card :- Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size)
• Photograph (Twenty copies of unattested passport size colour photographs) developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computer printouts/photo shopped photographs will NOT be accepted
• Education Certificates

1. Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e Matric/ Intermediate/ Graduation etc from recognised School/ College/ Board/ University.
2. Provisional/online education certificate should be certified true copy and be ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board/ University.
3. Candidates with matric certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO/ DEO

• Nativity/ Domicile Certificate :- Nativity/ Domicile certificate with photograph issued by Tehsilder/ District Magistrate.
• Community/ Caste Certificate :- Community/ Caste certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsilder/ District Magistrate.
• Religion Certificate :-  Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsilder/ SDM (if religion as “SIKH/ HINDU/ MUSLIM/ CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate).
• School Character Certificate :- School Character Certificate issued by the School/ College Principal/ Headmaster, where the candidate last studied.
• Character Certificate :- Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation with in last six months.
• Unmarried Certificate :- Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation with in last six months.
• Relationship Certificate :- SOS/ SOEX/ SOW/ SOWW Candidates are required
• Sports Certificate :- Sportsmen who have represented India at International Level and State at National Level with in the last two years.
• Affidavit :- Candidates are attending Army Recruitment Rally are required to submit an affidavit on Rs 10/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper in English duly attested by Notary at Rally site duly completed/ filled all required details and also includes details of all previous Recruitment Rallies he has attended. Format of affidavit is attached as per Appendix‘B’ (Check Below Army Recruitment Notification Link)
• Certificate of Bonus Marks :- All original certificates/ photocopies duly attested pertaining to Bonus marks will be accepted only during the Rally. No certificates to include NCC Certificates, Sports Certificates, Relationship Certificates or any other certificates to claim Bonus Marks/ Relaxation would be accepted after termination of the Rally and only at Army Recruitment Rally Site.
• Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card :-  Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & Allowances and other social benefits scheme.
