- Candidates should submit duly completed application form,
- Download application format in Below Link. Candidates have to fill all the columns in the application form and should write “NA” in respect to the areas which is not applicable to the candidate.
- The duly completed application form should be sent in a sealed cover envelope scribing “Application for the post of (Name of the Post) on the envelope to The Director, National Malaria Research Institute, Sector-8, Dwaraka, New Delhi 110077 through speed post along with non refundable application fee of Rs 300/- as Demand Draft Payable at New Delhi”
- Age Relaxation of 5 years is applicable to SC/ST candidates and 3 years is applicable to OBC Candidates.
